Shipping

– Items in stock will be shipped within two business days.

– Orders received on weekend and holidays will be processed the following business day.

– You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the item has shipped.

– Signature will be required for all deliveries, no exceptions. Please ensure a shipping address where someone is available to sign for it.

– Special orders require special care and will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.

– In a hurry? Please email us your rush order request. We are happy to accommodate when we can.

– Appropriate state sales tax will be applied to all orders.

Returns

– For returns or exchanges, please email us at: info@kristyfordjewelry.com.

– Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receipt for jewelry in its original condition. Returned jewelry deemed to be damaged or improperly used will not be accepted for return.

– Sorry, but we are not able to accept returns on special orders, custom orders, resized purchases, or engraved orders.

– If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at: info@kristyfordjewelry.com.

– Once a return is received, your account will be credited, less the shipping and applicable credit card fees.

– Original shipping and return shipping fees are not refundable.

We are a growing company, but still a small business at this time. We know that the online shopping experience often involves risk-free (think free shipping both ways) purchasing, which is common practice in certain industries (think shoe shopping). As a small, fine jewelry company, managing our inventory is one of our top priorities.
